She presently serves hospitals and breast health centers internationally as a breast health consultant and trainer in the educational and psychosocial needs of breast cancer patients and their families. She trains nurses to implement a program of comprehensive education and coordinate a complete program of support for the entire family unit. Judy is an author, researcher and good friend.

She functions as the primary consultant to the States of Oregon and California and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Nancy is also the Certified Director of Training for MammaCare at Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU), the only West Coast training center for MammaCare Corporation.
