If for any reason you need to return or exchange a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt and courteous exchange or refund. See below for shipping charges on exchanges. Shipping and Handling
No need for you to calculate shipping fees. Standard shipping is included in each product price. We ship either United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx), to any domestic address at no additional charge. Blossom Bunny if ordered separately may ship US Postal service (U.S.P.S.).
2nd day delivery is available for an additional $10.00 per item.
Next Day, end of Day for an additional $20.00 per item.
Sorry no Express Delivery outside the continental U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. Two day and Express orders must be placed before 5:00pm Pacific time to ship out the following day (week-ends excluded). Saturday, Sunday and Holiday delivery is not available.
Standard delivery takes approximately 1-3 working days to Pacific time Zone, 2-4 working days to Mountain Time zone and 4-6 working days to Central Time zone and Eastern Time zone.
SofteeUSA makes every attempt to ship orders on schedule. Occassionally delays result from holiday closures or unexpected events. When possible we will make every effort to inform you of such impacts.

Undeliverable/Refused Orders
If your order is returned to us Undeliverable or Refused we will make every effort to contact you by telephone or email. Returned orders may incur shipping charges.

Backorders
We make every effort to insure your order will ship complete. From time to time we may temporarily exhaust our supply. Backordered items will ship at the earliest possible availability and do not incur additional shipping costs.

Checks should be made payable to SofteeUSA.com. Personal checks must clear our bank before your order can be shipped. This may take an average of 11 days. A return check fee of $25 will be assessed for non-sufficient funds.
C.O.D. orders are not available.

We respect your privacy. Your order will arrive discretely and direct-to-your-door. Our shipping containers do not indicate the contents in any way. The cartons are WHITE corrugated boxes- Easy to identify!

Returns/Exchanges
SofteeUSA.com happily offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all SOFTEE® garments.
We understand you may inadvertently order the incorrect item or size. SofteeUSA.com makes returns or exchanges easy for you. Merchandise must be unworn and in original condition including packaging.
If a size or style does not accommodate your needs, we make it simple for you to exchange or return for a full refund. Shipping costs for exchanged garments will be quoted by our customer service department. The SOFTEE® product line falls under the guidelines of both “undergarment” and “medical device”, therefore can only be refunded or exchanged within 30 days, unworn, in resalable condition with all of the components and in the original packaging.
Each order comes to you with return information printed on the backside of the invoice. Your return label is preprinted on the bottom right hand corner of your invoice. Simply fill out the reverse side of your invoice and enclose with your return product. All returns must have the Customer Return Label displayed on the outside of the shipping carton.
We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Returns are credited to your charge card or replacement item is shipped at our earliest convenience.
If you have paid by check or Money Order a refund is issued within 7 days of receipt of your return.
Returns should only be sent to the address listed on the label.
Following careful inspection, if a return does not meet these requirements, a credit or refund will not apply and when requested the garment will be returned. Shipping charges will be quoted by our customer service department.

Gift Card
If this is a gift simply let us know where you want us to ship. The SOFTEE® garments come in their own gift box adorned with a printed bow. If you would like we’ll enclose a Gift Card with your personal message. We recommend you inform the recipient they will be receiving a package from SofteeUSA.com.

Sales Tax
Your shipment originates from Oregon so no additional sales tax will be added to your order.

International Orders
International orders are not available at this time from SofteeUSA.com. You may however wish to contact Ladies First, Inc. the manufacturer directly for referral to other retailers who may meet your needs.
