1. |
The SOFTEE® TWO and Original camisoles can be worn
immediately after surgery. Stretch lace straps and
memory fabric allows you to conveniently step into the
camisole and pull up over your hips. Your SOFTEE®
should feel snug and gently hug the body for a secure fit. |
|
2. |
Every SOFTEE® camisole has two front panels on the outside that are fastened at the bottom by Velcro® tabs. To open these panels, use both hands to gently pull the tabs apart. The breast form tab(s) attach inside, on a vertical Velcro® strip and can be removed and adjusted to become whatever size or shape you require. If you need only one breast form, the other can be removed. |

To customize the size of the SOFTEE® camisole breast form(s), remove or
add poly-fil from the back side. Reinsert the breast form
with front Velcro® tab facing the Velcro® strip. Move up
or down, then attach on the strip where needed, to create
a balanced look and natural appearance. |

4. |
The SOFTEE® TWO has a unique 'Roo' pocket located
on the front underside to comfortably and securely store
the post-op drain bulb(s). The 'Roo' accommodates drains
from left, right, and both sides. The pocket lays flat when
not being used.
Note: SOFTEE® camisole panels will not support a silicone prosthesis. |

 EZ Active Wear SOFTEE® Garment Instructions

The Active Wear SOFTEE® is not a camisole but has many of the same design features which make it a member of the SOFTEE® Prosthetic Camisole Family. This exciting design is made of the same fabric as all of our SOFTEE®'s, with the identical stretch lace straps and versatile memory fabric weave that allows easy step-into-entry (illustration #1). |

The two poly-fil Breast Forms (illustration #2) that are included are similar to those in the SOFTEE® Camisoles, but are sewn without a Velcro tab on the front side. The soft removable Breast Forms are customized by removing or adding fluff from the back side to create desired shape and size, then simply slip into the openings sewn on the inside of the Active Wear SOFTEE®. |

After adjusting the breast form size and shape (illustration #3) and before you put the garment on, insert one or both (if needed) breast forms into the right, left or both side openings, then step into or pull the Active Wear SOFTEE® on. |

4. |
This stylish design is beautifully detailed (illustration #4) with lace, racer back and a one inch wide comfort band that rests just below the bust line, this SOFTEE® is designed to fit snug to the body in order to offer optimum lift and light support for a natural breast. |

How to Care for Your SOFTEE®
Content: All SOFTEE® garments are constructed from 60% Cotton/40% Polyester blend 'Memory' fabric. All trims, elastics and laces are 100% Latex free.
Shrinkage: All SOFTEE® garments have been prewashed to remove harsh 'sizing' chemicals and to 'set' the size, which prevents future shrinkage.
To Launder:
- Remove breast forms.
- Remove poly-fil from breast forms and wash poly-fil by hand, air dry.
- Wash garment & breast form covers, turned inside out, in warm water with similar fabrics & similar colors.
- Dry on low heat.
- Do not launder poly-fil breast forms with the poly-fil inside.
Pilling:
Cotton based fabrics can be conducive to pilling and the degree of pilling may be influenced by a variety of things. Though it may look unsightly, pilling does not affect the performance or integrity of a garment. Pilling can be eliminated or kept to a minimum by proper handling during wear and washing; and by following guidelines listed below:
- Wear garment with like fabrics. Avoid "fuzzy" or "nubby" fabrics.
- Before laundering turn garment inside out.
- Machine wash with like fabrics & colors or hand wash.
- Use a slower agitation or a shorter wash cycle.
- Use liquid detergent or allow powdered detergent to dissolve completely
- before adding garments.
- Dry on a lower heat level or on delicate cycle or lay flat to dry.
- Remove from the dryer as soon as it is dry.
